Summary: Combines 46 case-control studies; reports increased tumour odds in the cumulative-call-time subgroup above 1000 hours, although the overall regular-use comparison was not associated with tumour risk.

Limitations: Recall and selection bias and self-reported phone-use estimates limit inference. Subgroup estimates are associations, not proof of causation; several published comments and replies discuss the analysis.

Scope: A meta-analysis of 46 case-control studies, comparing regular use with cumulative call time and other measures of exposure.
