Why: Long-term animal cancer experiments deserve to be considered together rather than as isolated reports.

Summary: The corrected synthesis includes 51 studies with 10 chronic bioassays and rates evidence of increased male-rat glioma and heart schwannoma as high certainty within its GRADE/OHAT framework.

Limitations: Animal findings do not quantify human risk. Designs and endpoints were too heterogeneous for meta-analysis; most organs showed no or minimal evidence. Use 2026 corrigendum rather than uncorrected study counts.

Scope: A systematic review of laboratory-animal RF cancer studies. The 2026 corrected abstract reports 51 studies and 10 chronic bioassays.

Exposures: Radiofrequency

Notices: Erratum in: Environ Int. 2026 Jul 13:110368. doi: 10.1016/j.envint.2026.110368. Correction checked: The corrected abstract reports 51 studies and 10 chronic bioassays. It retains high-certainty male-rat glioma and heart-schwannoma conclusions; several counts and benchmark doses were corrected.
