Title: A scoping review and evidence map of radiofrequency field exposure and genotoxicity: assessing in vivo, in vitro, and epidemiological data

Why: Mapping many experiments can reveal recurring exposure conditions and endpoints that deserve closer investigation.

Summary: Maps over 500 RF/genotoxicity studies across cell, animal and epidemiological evidence; reports patterns involving duration, signal type and biological markers and raises concern about possible genotoxicity.

Limitations: Evidence mapping and counts of significant findings are not a pooled causal risk estimate. Higher-quality studies showed fewer significant effects; funding-outcome associations do not establish misconduct or explain each result.

Scope: A scoping review mapping 530 publications reporting 536 studies across in-vivo, in-vitro and epidemiological RF/genotoxicity research.

Exposures: Radiofrequency; Mobile telephony
